Refund & Return Policy

At Mitaibox.com, we take pride in delivering freshly prepared, high-quality homemade pickles. Since our products are perishable and prepared to order, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered, except in the specific situations mentioned below.

Eligible for Refund

Refunds are only processed under the following circumstances:

  • The product is damaged or leaked during shipping.

  • You received the wrong product/item.

  • The product is expired upon arrival.

If your order falls under any of these conditions, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery through WhatsApp or email.

  2. Provide your order details/invoice.

  3. Share clear photos showing:

    • The product received

    • The product packaging

    • Any damage or leakage

    • The invoice/order details, if applicable

  4. Our team will review the information and verify the issue.

  5. Once the claim is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method via PhonePe.

We may request additional information or photographs if required to verify the claim.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved and initiated, it may take approximately 5–7 business days for the amount to be credited to your account.

The actual time may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after delivery.

  • Incorrect product selection made by the customer.

  • Taste or personal preference.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or consumed.

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage.

  • Requests made more than 24 hours after delivery.

Important Note

Because our pickles are perishable, freshly prepared, and made to order, customers are requested to inspect their order immediately upon delivery and report any damage, leakage, wrong item, or expiry issue within the specified 24-hour period.
